Las Brisas, 1st Fl #120

My family has been going to Las Brisas since it was built. We had three units in June 2025 for a week and loved every minute. Brena and Jamie are awesome and have done so much to improve the place. There is new pool furniture, new paint everywhere, and beautiful new landscaping. My grandsons can’t wait to get to the docks to fish, to the pool to swim, and we all love the best sunsets on the island. It’s always a memorable time for kids and adults alike. Go and enjoy!

I loved the Condo, can wait to stay again in this place, the view is perfect

The condo was clean and ready to go in time. The view of the silk sets are amazing. Brena and Jaime are readily available to the guests. Amazing and friendly service. Excellent experience overall.

This Unit #120 is a roomy one-bedroom located just a few steps from the fishing dock. My two grandsons can fish (aged 9 and 14) all they want. We have been coming to Las Brisas since they were built, having once owned a unit, and Brena and Jamie are the best managers by far! There are so many amenities here and upgrades are happening all the time. You can dock your own boat right in front of your condo to get an early start! And Las Brisas had the best sunset views on the island!
