#120 - Waterfront, Fishing Docks, Ground Floor!

We stayed in condo #120 and it was perfect for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Facilities were well-maintained. I used the laundry room several times during our 1 week stay and that was a game changer for me given I have a 5 and 7 year old. We will definitely be back next year!

My family has been going to Las Brisas since it was built. We had three units in June 2025 for a week and loved every minute. Brena and Jamie are awesome and have done so much to improve the place. There is new pool furniture, new paint everywhere, and beautiful new landscaping. My grandsons can’t wait to get to the docks to fish, to the pool to swim, and we all love the best sunsets on the island. It’s always a memorable time for kids and adults alike. Go and enjoy!

The condo was clean and ready to go in time. The view of the silk sets are amazing. Brena and Jaime are readily available to the guests. Amazing and friendly service. Excellent experience overall.
