Luxury Bayfront Dream Condo

Absolutely beautiful!!! The view of this Condo and the lovely fishing piers are one of the reasons we have returned to this condo. Two flours of modern, brightly lite, sea side decorations is a great place for a family to spend their vacation. Quiet is the other good plus. Three spacious bedrooms with their own bath makes for a lovely get away for a family of 4. The kitchen view of the bay makes preparing meals and gatherings the best! The management team of Brena and Jamie also make it that much more lovelier. We would certainly come here again and again. DID I MENTION THE SUNSETS!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in luxury condo 214 January/February 2025. It is beautifully decorated. The Las Brisas staff were very responsive to all our needs during our stay. The condo provides a great view of the bay along with stunning views of beautiful sunsets.

This place is absolutely magnificent. I've stayed at several properties at SPI, by far this is THE BEST BAY FRONT condo PERIOD. The condo is truly luxurious, 3 big bedrooms each with own bath, and a spectacular MASTER with its own balcony overlooking the bay. The boat slips are perfect and all seems new and top notch! The pool is huge and spacious and Brena and Jaime are very welcoming, approachable throughout the stay and accommodate all. The units are all occupied by like minded individuals who respect the rule and other's privacy as well. I left my yeti by the cleaning table Saturday afternoon and completely forget about it; thought it was gone for sure. Sunday morning as we are leaving, Yeti is still there where I left it untouched. That says a lot about the property and the families that stay there. Don't question it or think its too good to be true; BOOK IT NOW!
